http://mailru.github.com/FileAPI/ - this demo does not work, or on your local machine?

@6uos

yup, the demo won't work in IE8, and 9. Tested with different computers. Having error:
SecurityError [SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #: [SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false

Please try again, added "guthub.io", in the list of allowed domains.

P.S. Do not forget to clear cache in IE.

Okie, your copy is working now. I have a question here, if my swf file is hosted in dropbox, while my working file is on a domain for example www.demo.com and I wish to upload the files to my server which having IP address of http://95.19.something .
Therefore, the crossdomain.xml should be put inside where and will there be any problem regarding this?

Should work, try it. But just warning, Flash does not like cross-domain requests, can cause errors at the junction of "Flash player version" + "browser" + "network".

@6uos

Sorry for my language, my problem is: should I host my crossdomain.xml on www.demo.com or my server 95.19.sth?

crossdomain.xml should be on the domain where you upload the files.

For example:
http://www.domain-from.com/uploader/

FileAPI.upload({
   url: 'http://domain-to.com/upload-ctrl/'
});

http://domain-to.com/crossdomain.xml

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.adobe.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
    <site-control permitted-cross-domain-policies="all"/>
    <allow-access-from domain="domain-from.com" secure="false"/>
    <allow-http-request-headers-from domain="*" headers="*" secure="false"/>
</cross-domain-policy>
