    …when a window resize had taken place. Check was reset in each of the non-footer use cases. This corrects the issue seen where the target element stopped being fixed, after a window resize, when the target's limit was active.

    See #13: Corrected the demo fiddles to work with IE9. No code changes…

    … necessary. I was using github's raw file viewer as the library reference in the fiddles and this is a no-no. Created a github page that presents the plugin script properly. Now, all of the fiddles work fine with IE9.

    …t fixed, unfixed, and absolute events. The old events are still in there for now, but I don't think there is a need for that level of granularity. Updated the examples too. (2)
