RubyGems versions do not support Semver build metadata as part of the version.
Remove the build_metadata attribute from VersionBoss::Gem::Version classes and tests and from the VersionBoss::Gem::CommandLine.
Preserve the CommandLine with the build_metadata options in the VersionBoss::Semver module for future use.
