Api Token not working

I can't get the Api Token to work. Keep getting an error message

my api token is not working, i keep getting an error, please provide steps to resolve. if it cant be resolved please advise so i can terminate my account as this is a key function i require. thanks

I can't see the api token in the profle page, so I'm unable to paste in foe-helper extension.
Any suggestion?

My API token keeps being refused as incorrect. I have cut and pasted from my profile numerous times and checked the server and world numerous times. I'm at a loss? Any ideas?
