Installing the db_case_sensitivity package

If you want to install the db_case_sensitivity package straight from github, here's what you need to do:

1. First check your concrete5 version, the master branch is for versions 5.5+ and for older versions, please use the 5.4 branch
2. Download the zipball from the correct branch
3. Go to /packages/ folder inside your concrete5 installation
4. Unzip the folder contained in the zip into your /packages/ folder
5. Rename the folder to "db_case_sensitivity"
6. Install the package from concrete5 and you're done

Where are the tools located at?

For concrete5.5 and newer: Dashboard => System & Settings => Backup & Restore => Database Migration

For older concrete5 versions: Dashboard => System & Maintenance => Database Migration
