Add extra sort fields, the ability to filter caches, and cache colours.
Features
--------

* Change CacheSortDialog to CacheListOptionsDialog (to include filtering
not just sorting)
* Add groups when sorting
* Add extra cache properties
      - Owner
      - Container
      - Last found time
      - Placed time
* Add ability to sort by the extra cache properties
* Add ability to filter using CacheSortFilterProxyModel
* Add colour property to caches, determined by type of cache
* Add code to colour caches on map based on type of cache (cache's
colour property)
* Add build timestamp (using cpp macro) to main page to identify
different builds of the same version

Bug fixes
---------

* Fix(?) issue #10 where caches objects were mysteriously destroyed
