While the arcade game itself never had them, nor are they really
mentioned in the manual, the board supports a third button for both
players. This button enhances jump height on straight up jumps among
other different stances in combination with movements. It is now in
the emulation, but default mapping is "n/a" and must be manually mapped
to be used.
This is a chart for the edge connector showing the location of pins for
"Button 3" for each player. The manual shows these without a function
or not used.
