The different BIOS dumps are for incompatible chipsets, so for it to actually work it will likely need a different machine for each BIOS.

Yes, but being a minimal skeleton (we don't emulate any chipset) we thought it was a good placeholder for document it.
Should I remove it?

Well, to make it work eventually, I guess we’ll need to have different machines representing the different motherboards/chipsets used, and the disk images themselves moved to a software list attached to all the machines, possibly with compatibility filters. It’s academic at the moment, since none of it works at all.
