Git Repository Manager for the Fediverse

cf-git is a federated Git repository hosting platform built on Cloudflare Workers. It allows you to host Git repositories that federate through ActivityPub — push code, share commits, and collaborate across the fediverse.

Built with Next.js 16, Cloudflare Workers (D1, Queues, Email, Turnstile), and ActivityPub.

Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Node.js 20+
• Cloudflare account with D1, Queues, and Email Service enabled

Setup

git clone https://github.com/anomalyco/cf-git.git
cd cf-git
npm install

Configure Environment

Create a .env file with your Cloudflare credentials:

CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN=your_token
CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID=your_account_id

Database Setup

npx wrangler d1 create cf-git
# Update database_id in wrangler.toml with the created ID
npm run db:migrate

Configure Queues

npx wrangler queues create cf-git-delivery

Development

npm run dev

Deploy

npm run deploy
