• buf_filled_with fix (incorrect bytes() constructor usage in buf_filled_with capa#3077) and all_zeros optimization (perf: optimize all_zeros using fast bytes comparison capa#3078) changed extraction behavior
• Updated generated_at_commit in manifest.json
