Anything below IE9 it doesent render for me. I tried the fix posted, but doesent help. Any ideas what could it be?
@yuka123 Do you use some custom map? As far as I see jqvmap works for other people in IE678.
i am using Europe_en_2.js and particulary the balkan region. Shouldn't be anything special. IE9 and rest of the browsers work normally. Do you know what to look for to be a cause of the problem so that IE8 wouldn't work? I dont think i modified anything in the original jqvmap.js file.. I used the fix that was posted among issues
@yuka123 Did you created this map by yourself? If so from what source? I think some variants of SVG paths could be convertered improperly.
BTW I'm a developer of jVectorMap project (http://jvectormap.com/) and now working on a converter form SVG to jVectorMap format which will be available on-line and which would make creation of custom maps to be very easy.
just the edited version of the europe_en to display a region that i need. Could i upload the map somewhere for you and you can maybe check if there is something wrong that might prevent IE to display this?
