MySQL supports both LIMIT N, M and LIMIT N OFFSET M syntaxes. Manticore Search supports only LIMIT N,M. There're some ORMs that can be easily intergated with Manticore Search (e.g. Laravel Eloquent) that by default use LIMIT N OFFSET M and it's difficult to change the behaviour w/o hacking the ORM.

The task is to add LIMIT N OFFSET M support.
