sometimes tmp.spidx left during daemon work. It is not clear how that happened but could be from interrupt at the disk chunk optimize step

the original report was at manticoresoftware/effyis#381 at 6.3.9-aa1c567 however master version also has the issue

fixed the issue with the left tmp.spidx files on the interrupt at the disk chunk optimize step at columnar repository manticoresoftware/columnar@33638eb and master branch 1495414
