Using custom cameras you're now able to move and zoom the camera freely both with the ped on foot or in vehicle!

Fix camera and speech

With this fix:

• You can now use your mouse to move the camera while spactating
• You zoom using normal camera zoom (V or Select button, this is not a custom camera)
• Added PTT button enabling
