Are you just doing pip install rasterio within Anaconda? I haven't had any luck with that in Windows, so could not offer any help. If you can live with 0.31, IOOS maintains a conda recipe that worked for me (https://anaconda.org/ioos/rasterio). That is, conda install -c https://conda.anaconda.org/ioos rasterio.

Thanks, @jdmcbr!

I could really use some advice on how to get help to Anaconda users. This really isn't the place. Maybe I'll add something to the wiki and experiment with GitHub's issue templating.

Well, hopefully my suggestion actually helps.

To me, stackoverflow seems the most natural place to direct these questions, but last I checked, there was no rasterio tag there.

Oh, and I just checked, and see that this question was posted on stackoverflow as well. Guess I'll copy my answer there.

@jdmcbr GIS.StackExchange has a rasterio tag, but I'll guess their scope only covers the usage, not installation issues per se.

@jdmcbr I've now added a rasterio tag on SO
