Export button doesn't work

When using the export button, the url generated returned as "Not Found" error. The .zip file doesn't seem to have been generated.

It's probably an issue with the apache config that can be fixed in the makefile.

Resolved in 960fccd by adding the export feature, it wasn't finished.
