Add harfbuzz to PPA

This is blocking the build of trunk (future 2.3.x) builds on launchpad:

# get gpg key on machine
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-dev-tools
backportpackage -s trusty -d precise -u ppa:mapnik/harfbuzz -r harfbuzz

harfbuzz 0.9.19 backported from saucy okay, and is now available at https://launchpad.net/~mapnik/+archive/nightly-trunk. Was unable to backport 0.9.26 from trusty due this this error:

error parsing file HarfBuzz-0.0.gir: Line 20, character 32: The attribute 'name' on the element 'type' must be specified

I'm also seeing the error above -

hi @fmitha - no, I simply backported 0.9.19, which did not hit this error. I've not be able to workaround the problem with 0.9.26. @behdad might know if this is fixed in master harfbuzz or how to work around, but I don't.

@springmeyer Thanks for the fast response. I just emailed the harfbuzz mailing list to ask about this. Maybe they can clarify. Would you like to be updated about this, and if so, how?

Thanks, I follow the harfbuzz list and see the recommendation to do ./configure --disable-introspection
