bug with 'building-height' symbolizer when using projected data. #1498

strange effects when i use the 'building-height' style rule. The polygon draws normally when just filled with 'polygon-fill' but when it is rendered as a building, the pseudo-3d height effect gets drawn up to an arbitrary height. As you zoom out you can see the height being drawn based on some sort of scale, as the building height effect is visible and would appear to take up hundreds of miles of real-world space.

this bug only applied when rendering data with an SRS that is NOT spherical mercator.

workaround:
project datasets to EPSG:900913 before rendering them with mapnik
