Implement Map.get_zoom in python bindings #561

There is no way to get the current zoom when rendering the map. This can be useful when debugging.

[springmeyer] you can access the property of map.scale_denominator. Mapnik has no internal understanding of **2 zoom levels (as in google or osm zoom levels). We could provide potentially provide functions to convert between scale_denominator and zoom levels for google spherical mercator projection, but generally that would be handled by an application like tilecache or mod_tile that knows the target projection and its max_extent, scale levels, number of zooms, etc..
