OGC is currently developing CITE tests for WCS 2.0. Additionally corrigendum versions both for WCS Core and GMLCOV have been released. Due to the not yet written extensions some adjustments have to be made.

…ce. (mapserver#4003).

ServiceMetadata is now a section like the other sections of Capabilities. Not yet conformant with the WCS 2.0 specs but obviously a bug.

Pushed changes in mapserver and msautotest. Will open new tickets once new corrigenda or extensions become available.
