The MapScript getWMSFeatureInfoURL() function returns a URL where the BBOX, SRS, WIDTH, and HEIGHT parameters are taken from the defaults for the service, whereas they should be the values from the original request.

Who knows MapScript? I believe it would be easy to test how it behaves now. If the ticket is valid I believe that GetFeatureInfo with MapScript has never really worked.
