Seems like Mapserver, when it comes to WMS dimension, has some issues related to data types.

Example Postgres dataset (attached):

  • Has a column of type text: "kommunenr"
  • With values like:
    -- 1736
    -- 0438
    -- p1627 (added to this test case)

Example Mapfile (attached).

Example test URLs:

Specifying "WMS_KOMMUNENR_TYPE" "Character" in the mapfile doesn't solve the problem
