Gradle 4 and Android plugin 3 require changes in our Gradle scripts for the build process to work again and use all the latest improvements.

Gradle doesn't seem to like mapsforge-samples-awt run via Android Studio.
So I enabled in its build.gradle the application plugin.

Can change the mainClassName to run each example and pass args, e.g.:

./gradlew :mapsforge-samples-awt:run -Pargs=/path/to/map
