Dialogs and prompts in winget editor seem to be attached to the main window #96

A prompt whether to calculate a hash from URL is triggered, but the dialog owner seems to be the main window, which means the user must go back to the background window and confirm his action. This should not happen, prompts and dialogs must be attached to the current window.

In this commit, the owner of a message box is always the top (foreground) window, eliminating many issues.
