Form controls should have no defined styles by default.

Actual behaviour

Form controls are styled in a way that needs specific markup, which is sometimes difficult to achieve in some systems.

Proposed solution

Namespace defined styles on form controls under a class, to allow developers to better integrate with the native styles offered in some web apps.
