Added more checks for incorrect rule syntax.
Filter creation fails if the rule file is not valid.
at_times now fails if the parameter is not a properly formatted time. on_queries was falsely identified as on_operations, the behavior is now in line with the documentation.
Added log messages for failed authentication attempts.
Maxkeys and maxpasswd now use MAXSCALE_HOME or the default installation directory if MAXSCALE_HOME is not set. If all else fails, /tmp/ is used for logging.
