Got rid of the option to use HDFS storage in postconfig. #845

The code to do whatever OAM/postconfig does with HDFS is still there, I just removed the ability to select it in postConfig.

The code to do whatever OAM/postconfig does with HDFS is still there,
I just removed the ability to select it in postConfig.
Also changed the formatting of the txt to make it easy on the eyes.
