Fixes tests working_tpch1/qa_fe_postProcessedFunctions/SEC_TO_TIME.NS.sql and working_tpch1/qa_fe_postProcessedFunctions/TIMEDIFF.DM.sql


          Use signed int64_t for comparing two TIME values in the order by clause.
