A notebook that explores species of interest over time & space would be useful for researchers of Algae blooms, migratory species, and other seasonal events.

One such group is the data group of the IntAIRsect meetings in the Azores. The government of Portugal would like to be able to detect and predict blooms of man-o-war (and other jellyfish). These jellyfish often cover entire beaches with a distinct blue color, so detection via satellite imagery should be possible.
