Cactus Code Thorn ThreePunctures

1. Purpose

Create initial data for three-puncture black holes using a single domain
spectral method. The original method for two black holes 
is described in Marcus Ansorg, Bernd Brügmann, Wolfgang Tichy,
"A single-domain spectral method for black hole puncture data",
