Made configuration file environment specific.

* Renamed GitAutoDeploy.conf.json -> GitAutoDeploy.conf.json.example
* Added GitAutoDeploy.conf.json to .gitignore.
* Updated documentation to include copying of example configuration file and editing this gitignore'd file.
