BTW, I'm looking into this to have a lint tool with defaults that match: , or as plan B that can be tweaked to match it.

This is the only Md lint tool I could find on the web. Do you know if others exist? Nice initiative.

Awesome! That style guide will be a great source of rules to add. I started this precisely because I couldn't find another tool that did the same thing. One thing I want to support is custom rulesets and tagged rules, so it should be easy to make things conform to the style guide even if there are rules that aren't included there (or which conflict with the guide).
