The input file (line 13 in parser.py) is in the format provided by the "delimited records" export in Cindex. Parser.py isn't written to work with indexes that are more than two levels deep.
The d3.js script is adapted from Mike Bostock's Collapsible Tree and is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3.
