Updated syntax for 'extract' command to handle Dell's CAB file changes and preserve all existing functionality.

… downloads as the CAB file included "Expired" references for a small number of models, thus returning n>1 $Targets.

Second commit (f71554a) includes an explicit filter for only "Published" downloads. Ran into an issue where a certain model (Optiplex 5060) had one expired and one published set of BIOS downloads, and the current source doesn't handle n>1 $Targets.

Not sure if this is a useful addition across the board (versus modifying the code to handle n>1 $Targets), but since I was committing the other change I thought I'd include it for consideration.
