bind-local is a configuration for ISC BIND named that allows testing of dynamic
DNS updates on a closed system without interfering with normal DNS resolution
on the host.

This includes managing upstream DNS servers when the primary IP interface is
configured or updated by DHCP.

It also allows for secure operation with SELinux active by providing a means
for the DHCP client to update the named forwarders and notify the named of
the need to re-read its configuration.

This software was written and tested on Fedora 16, but is adaptable to any
Linux system which can run ISC BIND 9 and which uses dhclient and SELinux.
