Any reason for an extra 4 seconds? |

No, it's not in seconds, it's on ms. I'm adding 40,000 ms, which is about 30 seconds. Because during the testing on windows, usually it took 3mins 30secs for uninstall to finisth |

oh, wow. Why such an extension? Amps just that slow on uninstall for windows? |

to accommodate windows machine on jenkins
