Deploy the files to a container that support static website hosting.
Restrict branches to build in AppVeyor to master and deploy.
Remove path replacement for artifact upload.
Disable the AppVeyor branch filter while testing.
Restore filter to only running on the master and deploy branches. Add filter to only upload to Azure from the deploy branch.
