Here I attached the running log, everything works fine in the first cycle, while in the second cycle, it through "Segmentation fault (core dumped) " error and exit.

Ubuntu24.04
GPU: RTX PRO6000 Blackwell
CPU: AMD EPYC 7760 * 2
Memory: SUMSUNG 64 GB * 2
Cuda 13.0 (system)
Cuda 12.8 (BindCraft conda environment)
