  4. Added RenderController. Renamed fancy_ring to bhat

    authored
    RenderController calls OpenSCAD to render objects to STL.

    It is only set up to run on OS X, with OpenSCAD installed in
    `/Applications/OpenSCAD.app` (which is the default with the
    binary installer).

    * Pulled most UI related stuff out into a UIController abstract class.
    * Main sketch passes UI methods (e.g. draw(), keyPressed()...) to the current
    controller.
    * Controllers for ObjectChooser and Capture (and Measure)
    * Next up... render!

    Some improvements to the line drawing code (won't allow lines that are smaller than 5 pixels and also switched p1 and p2). now space capture is a toggle so you can reset the image.

    added video control

    amyhurst authored
    This currently works with the PS3 Eye camera on Amy's laptop (note that it shows up as the 3rd device). The visual feedback makes it way easier to get good results (we also are now using the lamp to remove shadows).
