Issue with Non-ASCII Nick #104

When using non-ASCII nick and join a any channel, error happend like this:

Can you please provide an example IRC server that allowed you to enter a non-ASCII nick?

The ones I've been testing with constrain nicknames as per the RFC.

I was in similar issue. in my case, someone use Korean nickname.
so I fixed it like outsideris/node-irc@f03262a .
the unicode range is Korean charactoers. but I don't know how I can write for other language not English.
