"Unknown Error" when signing with brand new Apple ID #6

When signing in with a new registered Apple ID which has not been used for Apple Store, mas complains with Unknown Error.

$ mas signin "apple-id@example.com" "password"
==> Signing in to Apple ID: apple-id@example.com
Unknown Error.

After review the terms, it worked fine.
