We are trying to setup iodocs on our internal network behind an http proxy and call our web apis in the cloud over https.
We could not find a way to get around this, even by using Charles, MacProxy.
Is there any support planned in iodocs for proxy settings? or some wiki help to setup a proxy that will work with iodocs?

Thanks,
Florin

Florin,

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3862813/how-can-i-use-an-http-proxy-with-node-js-http-client

For quick fix and prototype, go the route of making mods directly to app.js (line 312) -- looks like you just have to change the port from 80 to your proxy port (e.g. 3128, 8080, etc.), and the host would be set to your proxy IP/hostname. Then you'd take the baseHostUrl and baseHostPort, and prepend those to the path.

Give that a whirl. :)
