Resolve #102

Unfortunately kapt project(':processor') does not work as of Kotlin 1.0.0-beta-4584. In addition, kapt raises compilation errors at random, so I won't merge this pull-request until kapt gets stable.

For now, the following extra patch is required to run:

diff --git a/example-kotlin/build.gradle b/example-kotlin/build.gradle
index 70159f3..591f95b 100644

- compile project(':library')
+ kapt 'com.android.databinding:compiler:1.0-rc5'
+// kapt project(':processor')
+// compile project(':library')
+ kapt 'com.github.gfx.android.orma:orma-processor:0.22.0'

     compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.1.1'
     compile 'com.android.support:cardview-v7:23.1.1'
     compile 'com.android.support:design:23.1.1'

Anyway, Orma is now Kotlin compatible. Yey!
