The scanner measures latency, detects unreachable IPs, and outputs a ranked table of results with the fastest recommended IP for config.json.

It would be a good feature to have, but honestly I think they only whitelisted 1 ip which is 216.239.38.120, I have tested your code tho. and I'm pretty sure that all Google ips are coming from same place so they should have a identical latency.

do you get different latency from the tests ?

According to the Iranian communities, some of them from some providers and some areas of the country are testing different kind of IPs for the configuration and some of themhaving access to other range of Google IPs.
Google uses very large IP ranges shared by many services such as Search, Gmail, Cloud, YouTube, and etc.

For instance, according to some internet radar observers like https://radar.chabokan.net, some of the providers and datacenters are having quite a bit amount of reachability from gmail and from that, i think those clients are able to use the Gmail IP address as the google_ip inside their configuration.

And at the end, this is just an additional feature that might be used.
