File-system; Minor library bumping #124

  • Can't drop fs-extra as it does recursive dir copying for us (closes
    #123).
  • Whilst fs-extra provides a pass-through to fs, it seemed neater to
    indicate where the extra functionality was being used, so now
    require both libraries separately.
  • Use tags for one-svg-to-many-sized-pngs.
  • Bump ESLint.
  • Bump version to 2.1.1.
