Save options as they're changed; Update borders immediately #160

This removes the need for the user to press the “Save” button to save options (and removes the button).

The borders will be redrawn/removed to reflect changing settings.

Save options on change
* Save options on change, rather than having to press the Save button.
* Fix a bug with the detection of unused messages.
* Remove now-unused messages.
Updating border if needed
* Update (redraw or remove) the border when needed.
* Big clean-ups and logic improvements in content.focusing.js.
* Remove debugging info from options.js.
