Mount point or device blacklist for disk mounter #24

Currently, the disk mounter applet lists a number of devices I never want to (un)mount from it, including ones I don't have permission to (un)mount. It would be helpful to be able to blacklist mount points or devices so they would not appear on the mounter.

+1 to this suggestion. I'm not using this applet because it shows me two legacy Windows partitions that I don't need/want to mount. Maybe someday me or some other developer will implement this.

Speaking of that, we'll need to create the whole prefs dialog from scratch as this applet currently doesn't have one...
