Subject: [PATCH] Added TODO file

I think this is more practical than the issues-page on github, although
not as discussion-friendly. But we only have two contributors, so that
shouldn't be that much of a problem.

+ - Ich würde gerne sowohl Start- als auch Enddatum im Minikalender darstellen, mittels mouse-over über den Kalender wird der obere Teil rot statt grün und das Enddatum wird angezeigt. Keine Ahnung ob das ohne richtig hässliches und/oder inkompatibles Zeug möglich ist, nur so eine Idee.
