Some error messages are used multiple times, but differ in the actual message string. This PR corrects this. In particular:
IllegalUseOfCommand: corrects its second use to reflect the actual errorMathNotTerminatedunifies messageMisplacedunifies messages to a simple"Misplaced %1"
