Poor operator spacing after \\ within \begin{split}, \begin{multline} #389

In these two examples from the AMS Short Math Guide for LaTeX:

\begin{equation}\label{xx}
\begin{split}
a& =b+c-d\\
& \quad +e-f\\
& =g+h\\
& =i
\end{split}
\end{equation}

\begin{multline}
a+b+c+d+e+f\\
+i+j+k+l+m+n
\end{multline}

MathJax 2.1 doesn’t leave enough space after the + on the second row, as if it’s misinterpreting that + as a unary operator.

Treat initial <mo> of split and multline (and other related environme…
…nts) as infix (but remove initial space). Not sure this exactly matches LaTeX, but is closer than current behavior. Resolves issue mathjax#389.
